Through comprehensive and individualized counseling sessions, each client receives a personalized approach to diet & lifestyle factors that are uniquely designed to help them reach and maintain their personal goals. We do not believe in or provide a "one size fits all" meal plan or standardized diet approach, because there is no such thing.
Throughout this journey you will learn to fuel your body for a life filled with balance, flexibility & longevity.

Intake Form and Food Log Analysis
First, we need to get to know you. Health history, food aversions, what has been successful in the past, where have you failed, what are you currently doing, and where do you want to go are some of the things we need to understand prior to working on a nutrition plan.
Customized Lifestyle & Nutrition Program
With a heavy emphasis and focus on, basic lifestyle guidelines (sleep & energy requirements, stress levels & macro AND micronutrient density) designed for your specific goals & preferences in mind.
Lifestyle & Nutrition Check-ins
Bi Weekly in person one on ones for four total sessions. Moving to an as needed basis from there on out.
"Shopping the Rim"
Feel lost at the supermarket? Your coach will accompany you on that initial grocery shopping visit to teach you how to navigate the aisles and read the labels. (Learn how to search and find quality ingredients for optimal results)

Unlimited electronic support via text or email. We are here to teach, support & help you succeed!
